Return & Refund Policy
When you can return an order, how to request a return, and how refunds and cancellations work.
Returns we cover
If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. For the reasons below, we pay the return freight and offer a repair, replacement or full refund.

| Defective on arrival | A short video of the problem and the model and serial number. |
After the first 30 days, defects are handled under the warranty.
Returns we cannot accept
- Change of mind or ordering the wrong model are not eligible for a free return. If we agree to take the item back, return freight and a restocking fee are paid by the buyer. We are happy to check the specifications with you before you order.
- Machines damaged by misuse, a supply voltage different from the rating plate, or lack of cleaning.
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier or by events outside our control.
- A missing printed manual: we send the digital manual or a setup video instead.
How to request a return
Contact us
Email your order number, the reason and the photos or video listed above.
We review
We reply within 1 business day and propose a repair, replacement or refund.
Ship it back
If a return is needed, we send a return authorization and the return address. Do not ship to the address on your package.
Refund or replacement
Once the return arrives and is checked, we send the replacement or issue the refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Depending on your bank, it takes 3–14 business days for the refund to appear. We do not charge a fee to process a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for a different model. If an item is defective or wrong, we replace it with the same model.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships. After it ships, the return terms above apply.
