Why are prices not shown on the website?
The final price depends on the configuration, quantity and freight to your location, so we confirm it in a written quote. Quotes are free, and each one shows the date it expires. See how ordering works.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship within the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations are quoted on request. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
My machine shows an error code. What should I do?
Look the code up in the Fault Diagnosis guide. If that does not solve it, send us the model, serial number and a short video.
What warranty do your machines have?
Core components (compressor, motor and control board) are covered for 3 years and all other parts for 1 year. See Warranty & After-Sales Service for each product line.
