Ordering & Payment Policy

How ordering works

1. Request a quote

   Use the quote form, email or phone. Tell us the model, quantity, voltage and delivery ZIP code.

2. Get a written quote

   We confirm model, configuration, freight and lead time. Each quote shows the date it expires.

3. Approve and pay

   Accept the quote and pay the invoice using one of the methods below.

4. We ship

   We ship your order and email the tracking details. See the Shipping Policy.

Quotes and prices

We do not list prices on the website because the final price depends on the configuration, quantity and freight to your location. Each quote shows the unit price, any accessories, freight, applicable tax, lead time and the date the quote expires.

The price in an accepted quote is fixed as long as payment is made before the quote expires. If a quote expires, we will confirm current pricing before you pay.

Accepted payment methods

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
• Apple Pay and Google Pay

For larger orders, other payment methods such as bank transfer can be discussed when you request a quote.

Card payments are processed by our payment provider. Smartool does not receive or store your full card number.

Payment instructions are only sent from an @smartoolusa.com email address. If you receive instructions that look different from your invoice, call us at +1 (872) 221-0051 before you pay.

Deposits and payment terms

Payment is due before the order ships, unless other terms are agreed in writing. Distributors and repeat buyers can ask us about payment terms.

Sales tax

Any sales tax that applies is shown on your quote. If you are tax-exempt or buying for resale, tell us when you request a quote.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment fails, we will email you. Your order is held until payment is received, and the quoted lead time starts from the date payment clears.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method. Timing is explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Currency

All quotes and invoices are in US dollars. If you pay with a card issued outside the US, your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.
